It's a Razorine
It's a Razorine clone, and a good one too! So, the way to not cut yourself to ribbons with this is short, light strokes. On my first shave with it, I gave myself probably the worst cut I've ever had shaving - I was too cocky, it's not my first shavette, thought I had it worked out and just went too hard too fast and paid for it in blood. Next time, no cockiness, short strokes, very light, no cuts. I believe the current Razorines have notches in the handle to assist with grip, I'd like to see that in this version as well (or at least a silicone sleeve like the Leaf razors have). Also, I'd like to see the tolerances on the head tightened up a bit - until you fully turn the screw down, you can move the top cap around. I think if they made the screw hole a little smaller, this would fix that, it is only very minor. Recommended, but keep in mind - short, light strokes!
A lot of fun
Don't be fooled into thinking this is a novelty item. It's a serious razor that gives a great, close shave with a lot more margin for error than a traditional shavette. I thought this would be like shaving with a Kamisori but it's like nothing I've tried before. It takes a little time to master but once you do, it's a lot of fun. If you enjoy shaving, you'll love owning one of these.
